Chance didn’t see things the way I did when news broke that the Senate adjusted the military defense bill to include signing up women for selective service. He pointed out that women are calling for equality and this is the ultimate equality.
He’s not wrong. I see any country that drafts its daughters and mothers as a broken country, including Israel where that policy has been in place a long time and I’ve never been behind that either. But for this military? After the vaccine injuries and the manipulated data? The weird ideologies creeping in? The endless wars and money laundering? This leadership?
No one should be drafted, period. Not our daughters, not our sons.
Viral Friday
Going into the weekend was quite the ride. I replied to Sean Davis with our recent comic on the Trump trial judge and it took off like a rocket. By the end of the weekend the comic had nearly 200K views and still going. The compliments meant a lot to us! It meant a lot to me for Chance. He’s a talented artist and I always want more people to see his work.
