I had a question from the audience: So you would rather the money go to the other guy?
Let me explain, young man on social media:
Money will never go to the other guy. If the government takes on the debt of people who got ethnic studies degrees and are still paying their student loan in spite of their $300K plus family income, they are shifting the tax burden to people who make less money and didn't go to college and take on a student loan. There is no real debt forgiveness; instead, government accepts more debt and inflation rises, making basic necessities like food more expensive.
Unfortunately the young man doesn’t understand financials; he probably got an ethnic studies degree.

The stream had some technical problems at the beginning. After weeks of testing, of course I tried one little new thing and lost game sound for a few minutes (microphone input conflict). We sorted that out. It was a blast overall and we’ll be doing another next week. Probably Tuesday night.
