It so happened on the day we decided to post this sendup of genderfluiditity (inspired by many videos of this kind of hostility) that the school shooter in Iowa was also identified as genderfluid. It wasn’t an intentional tie as we couldn’t possibly create a comic that fast, but the coincidence rocketed the comic to nearly 50K views in just a couple of hours.
Many of those views came from angry furries who seemed to have decided as a collective that they are not just sexually attracted to cartoon characters, but also uncertain whether or not they are a boy or a girl. This makes sense, as they are also not sure whether or not they are a cartoon fox. They’re working on that.
Some of them threatened to draw yiff art of Chance (sexual furry drawings) which is objectively the funniest thing that has ever happened to me. A few declared they were sexually attracted to Chance, which is a close second.
Of all the fandoms out there, furdom, you are the furdumbest.

We’ve made progress on the Pod Life pins! The mold is good but after running through some testing, I wasn’t happy with the color. Wrong shade of green and white paint didn’t go on smoothly. We’re still adjusting for color. I expect the pea pin campaign to kick off after our vacation next week.
